Still have questions? Get connected to our support team.

Do I have to change payroll software?
Faq IconFaq Icon

No. Nodd works inside the tools you already use, like Employment Hero, Xero, MYOB and Deputy. If you are on spreadsheets or paper timesheets, we will set you up on a system that fits.

Who is responsible if a pay run is wrong?
Faq IconFaq Icon

Agents prepare the run and flag anything unusual, and our team reviews the edge cases. Nothing is paid until you approve it. If we make a mistake, we fix it and explain what happened.

Is my employees’ data secure?
Faq IconFaq Icon

We only access the systems you connect, with the minimum permissions needed. Data stays in Australia where your payroll platform allows it, and you can revoke access at any time.

What does Payday Super mean for me?
Faq IconFaq Icon

From 1 July 2026, employers must pay super at the same time as wages instead of quarterly. Nodd checks super on every pay run so it goes out with wages, not weeks later.

How long does it take to get started?
Faq IconFaq Icon

A Nodd Check takes about two weeks from kick-off to report. Agents can be connected to your systems in a few days after that.

Are you a registered BAS agent?
Faq IconFaq Icon

Managed pay runs that include PAYG and super will be delivered with a registered BAS agent. Award checks and agent set-up are available now.
